With more than 45 years of experience in throws coaching, Coach Herbert Johnson brings invaluable knowledge and expertise that will elevate our athletes’ performance.
In addition to team coaching, Coach Johnson provides individualized training sessions for throwers across the Lowcountry, catering to all skill levels, from beginners to Olympians.
