WhO WE ARE
OUR MISSON
A Touch of Speed™ (ATOS) is a youth organization located in North Charleston, South Carolina. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for youth athletes in the Tri-County area. To ensure each athlete achieve the highest level of competition to further transcend their lives and to challenge their minds, bodies, and content of character one step at a time.
Our track and field team currently has about 45 student-athletes. Our athletes age range is from 6 to 18. This past year we had 29 athletes to make it to the AAU regional meet and 12 qualified for the AAU Junior National Games. We also had several athletes that participated at the USATF Junior National Championships. We had 1 AAU All American (Naadia Rampersant) and 3 USATF All Americans (Cailyn Webber, Sophie Webber, and Skylar Gates).

2023 A Touch of Speed® Registration Fees
You must pay deposit to secure your athlete(s) spot on the team. An invoice will be emailed to the email address on file for the remaining balance. We will also be providing an athlete sponsorship form. This form can be used to help cover registration fees. A 10% discount will be given to families with more than one athlete. All registration fees are due by January 31, 2023. All funds are non-refundable.
We will not be having a spring registration like we’ve had in the past. Once registration closes in November, registration will not open again until next year.
Required documents: current physical form from family doctor and current report card. All athletes must maintain a C average to participate in our program. Education is very important to us.

WHAT WE OFFER
ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
A Touch of Speed™ currently have 4 USATF Level I certified coaches and 1 USATF Level II Certified coach in Sprint, Hurdles, and Relays as well as Youth Development. It is important to our coaching staff to provide our athletes with the best training program with a mix of education and experience. Our goal is to provide each athlete with the tools and resources they need to be successful on the track and field.
We participate in the AAU and USATF youth track and field sanctions. We offer indoor and outdoor track and field training.
